ParkMobile
ParkMobile needed to move onto our new CMS and align with the design system already in place across our other recently launched sites. This was a lift-and-shift: content stayed the same, but the underlying structure and visual layout needed a full rebuild to bring the site in line with the rest of our portfolio. The result was a more consistent brand experience and a notable lift in performance.

Before and After
New CMS
Rather than reworking content from scratch, this project focused on migrating existing content into our new CMS and rebuilding the site to match the design system already established on our other properties. This meant close coordination with design and dev to ensure nothing was lost in the transition while giving the site a more modern, consistent look and feel. Following launch, the site saw a 30% YoY increase in impressions.

World Cup Pages
With the World Cup in the US, we saw an opportunity to build a dedicated campaign from the ground up. I owned the project from concept to launch, working closely with designers and developers to create pages that captured the excitement of the event while staying true to the new design system. The campaign pages outperformed site average conversions by 80%.

Location Pages
As part of the migration, ParkMobile's location pages were moved over from a third-party CMS onto our new platform. This gave us the opportunity to revisit our SEO strategy from the ground up rather than simply porting the pages over as-is. We restructured metadata, improved on-page optimization, and used the momentum to launch additional location pages beyond what existed before. The updated approach helped strengthen search visibility across a growing footprint of pages.
